Philips and Cohen Qui Tam Law Firm
Phillips & Cohen LLP is the nation's only law firm that is dedicated solely to representing whistleblowers who sue companies and individuals in qui tam lawsuits under the False Claims Act (also known as the "Lincoln Law") for fraud against the federal government. The firm also handles whistleblower cases involving fraud against state and local governments in states that have false claims laws.
The Center For Peer Review Justice, Inc.
Mission: The purpose of The Center for Peer Review Justice is to:
- Spotlight sham medical peer review.
- provide resources for both victims of sham peer review and their legal counsel.
