Investigation Summary:
It took three attempts to reach Michael Tripp. During our interview, his tone was disinterested but he was cooperative in answering our questions. It is my opinion based on tone and content of discussion that this is a negative reference for you. I recommend that you either speak with Mr. Tripp about this reference, or when you are speaking to a prospective employer, have a frank discussion about what Mr. Tripp might say about you. Also, if you have formal evaluations in your employee file that highlight your work performance, I recommend that you obtain copies so that you can present them to a prospective employer.
I certify that the employer's representative I spoke with identified himself as Michael Tripp, Supervisor and the above is a true account of this investigation.
